Guess My Name

Students were geared up for learning mathematics. Maths class started with an activity called ‘My Magic ATM’. Students were required to solve the sums based on the concepts of addition in pairs of 100 and 1000. They also tried a new way of solving the story word problems by depicting it through drawings. To add more fun to their learning we also planned a multiplication bingo session. To revise the multiplication facts, we used a strategy called ‘Guess my name’ in which badges were given to the students with a multiplication fact e.g 7X5 written on each badge. The answer of the multiplication fact was supposed to be their name e.g Mr. 35. All the children thoroughly enjoyed learning in their new grades.
