Unit of Inquiry

In the Unit of Inquiry, students discussed about the different ways in which the government and media contributed to the Central Idea ‘Biodiversity relies on maintaining the interdependent balance within the ecosystem’.  They looked at factors that could contribute to better health and also evaluated the need for a revolution to make a change. Students, in groups, presented their understanding through a conference where they represented people from the government, media, NGOs and health departments. They spoke, debated and thought critically about the present situation and the steps that were necessary. They also reflected on the unit and chose the best samples of work for the SLC portfolio.
